The incumbent will work as a Business and Solutions techno functional Analyst which involves Requirements Analysis, Design, Develop, Testing and Deployment of business solutions based on the Oracle Applications R12 suite on Oracle and Fusion Middleware tech stack. It involves working with business partners, understanding the requirements, analysis and design of the proposed solution based on the Oracle Applications architecture, this role needs client interaction, so candidate must have the ability to coordinate, interact and work with different teams for the delivery of the solution.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners to understand and translate requirements into Functional Specifications and Design.
- Follow the Devsecops model and work closely with development to hand off the functional design and support in technical design, security and Development.
- Test, plan for cutover, legacy data conversion, drive SIT/UAT and support deployment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) in production operations following a Dev Ops Model.
Key Competencies And Skills
- Must have at least 7 years of working experience in Oracle Applications Suite and very good understanding of Oracle Applications tech stack.
- Strong understanding and in-depth hands on experience in one of the following areas is a Must.
- Oracle Order management and Inventory Modules supporting Multiple interfaces with Various Middleware applications.
- Oracle Warehouse Management and Oracle Purchasing modules
- Oracle Asset Management with customized oracle applications to support Asset tracking process from Acquire to Retire which has complex application footprint with interfacing third party applications e.g. WMS/JDA Planning etc.
- Experience in leading Development and functional teams to finalize cross functional solutions viz. teams across Procurement, Ordering and WMS tracks.
- Experience in at least 2 full cycle Implementations, experience in Designing Interface / Authoring functional design documents for Extensions/Interface/Conversion is must.
- Experience in preparation of Test Scripts / BR100 and Test Execution in functional testing/system integration testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Good understanding of Agile Development Process.
- Engage security at various phases of delivery as part of the DevSecops strategy
- Good understanding of fusion middleware.
- Knowledge in any of the oracle self-service applications is a plus(iStore, iProcurement ,iSupplier).
- Hands on experience in basic PL/SQL
- Basic understanding in Java, HTML, XML and API services
Education And Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
