Position overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in technology to drive revenue growth in the US. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in technology services and solutions, an understanding of the US market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue from new clients in US. Business
Development:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities by building a pipeline of prospects and cultivating relationships with decision-makers in target industries.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Work closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and technical experts to create customized proposals and presentations that align with client business needs.
Market Intelligence:
Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Indian IT landscape to inform sales strategies.
Quota Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth in the region.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven Sales Record:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the IT services or technology solutions industry.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise applications, BI, RPA, infrastructure services, and IT consulting. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
US Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the technology landscape and experience selling to large enterprises and SMBs.
Relationship Building:
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
Excellent Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Result-Oriented:
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer success.
Education:
Bachelors degree in technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling technology solutions to US market.
Familiarity with IT consulting services for back-office applications.
Track record of leading large, multi-year contracts with enterprise customers.
