Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source,screen,and qualify candidates for open positions,matching their skills and experience to client requirements.
  • Deeply understandtechnicaljob descriptions and effectively communicate them to candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize office automation tools for resume formatting and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with client representatives to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment,preferably in atechnicalfield.
  • Strong ability to learn and understandtechnicalconcepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven and motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
