The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with the Technology Managers and Leadership in the organization to understand their hiring needs, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles across all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Mid to Senior roles, that align with the organization s business objectives.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Technology Unit within the organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels, including social media, LinkedIn, Github, referrals, etc.
- Conduct Market Research and mapping of relevant companies to draw a longlist of potential candidates from premier institutes.
- Engage with managers in the Technology unit to update on the talent availability for a given role and calibrate the search efforts if needed, based on the feedbacks. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interview co ordination and selection of candidates, negotiating offers, and engaging with the candidates till their joining.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, on a need basis.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
