We are seeking a Tech Recruiter with 2-12 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the job market in India, as well as a proven track record in recruiting top tech talent. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits packages.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position
- Manage the recruiting process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our applicant tracking system
- Provide regular reports and updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-12 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the Indian job market
- Strong understanding of current trends, tools, and techniques in recruiting top tech talent
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Experience in sourcing passive candidates through social media, networking, and other channels
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders
