Required Skills:
- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple complex software development projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner.
- Be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, through delivering primarily agile projects.
- Identify and engage with project stakeholders and then manage all ongoing communications
- As Scrum Master you will be the driving force for ensuring scrum is understood and enacted.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritise, and develop projects.
- Planning, scheduling, including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the
- individual project
- Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and
- contribute to the identification of areas of improvement
- Supporting overall management of the department programme
- Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties
- Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
