plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology systems while enhancing the technical proficiency of our teams. This role combines technical operations oversight with a strong emphasis on employee training and development, driving operational excellence across all departments. You will be pivotal in maintaining our innovative, hybrid commerce platform and upholding high standards in technology and customer experience.

Manage and optimize daily technical operations to ensure system reliability, performance, and security for edobo's hybrid commerce platform.
Collaborate with IT, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all systems, including online and in-store technologies.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software systems across the organization to align with edobo's growing needs.
Implement best practices and resolve technical incidents promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and preventing future occurrences.
Develop and lead tailored training programs for edobo employees to enhance proficiency with our technical tools, systems, and hybrid platform.- Work closely with department heads to identify specific training needs that align with edobo's business objectives, ensuring all teams stay updated on relevant technologies.
Train employees to handle operational systems efficiently, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to support our unique customer experience.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for increased efficiency and performance, including supply chain, delivery, and inventory systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cutting-edge technical solutions that streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying trends and troubleshooting issues to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain comprehensive documentation on all technical processes and systems, ensuring easy access and reference for internal teams.- Build and manage a knowledge base of common technical issues, troubleshooting techniques, and solutions specific to edobo's operations.
Oversee the technical support team, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues faced by employees, improving overall productivity.
Ensure adherence to security standards, maintaining the integrity of edobo's systems and data security for both B2C and B2B segments.
- Manage all aspects of data security and compliance, ensuring technical operations meet regulatory and internal requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical operations and systems management, with a strong focus on e-commerce, retail, or hybrid commerce platforms.
Expertise in systems security, networking, cloud-based solutions, and system integrations.- Excellent training and presentation skills, with a proven track record in developing and delivering impactful technical training programs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prevent and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Experience with process automation and project management tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, hybrid commerce environment.
Proficiency in technical support and operations, with hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.

Pay: 500,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year
