Tech lead with Flutter and web development knowledge

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with extensive experience in Flutter and web development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of both mobile and web applications, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering top-notch products that meet our clients needs.

Salary Package: 4 to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Oversee the development and implementation of mobile applications using Flutter.

Manage web development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and drive innovation.

Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.

Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
