We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead .Net with 10-20 years of experience to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain .Net applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure that software development processes are followed and best practices are implemented
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code quality standards are met
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10-20 years of experience in software development with a focus on .Net technologies
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Strong knowledge of .Net framework, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, and Web API
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle
• Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
