Role & Responsibilities
- The Team Lead at Blue Kaktus will be responsible for managing solution roll-outs of BlueKaktus supply chain applications, ensuring high-impact project delivery.
- The role involves 50% coding and 50% management, requiring strong technical skills in SQL, Angular, and Dotnet, along with leadership capabilities.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing project plans, facilitating user-review/testing sessions, driving system integrations, and building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate should have significant hands-on experience in the required technical areas, knowledge of Azure Cloud, and excellent communication skills.
- The role offers opportunities to work closely with the Product Head and CEO, and to influence the technical direction of the company.
Ideal Candidate
- SQL: Atleast 5 Years hands on Relevant
- Angular: Atleast 2 Years hands on Relevant
- Dotnet: Atleast 5 Years hands on Relevant
- Atleast 2 years working as a Lead and handing a team
- Knowledge on Azure Cloud
- Only BE / B.Tech
- Role involves 50% Coding and 50% Managing.
- A Good Communicator (means should be able to speak up)
- Should have the capability to own the task and take responsibilities
Mandatory
- Strong Full Stack Engineer (Lead / Senior Engineer) Profile (.NET + Angular9 or above)
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 6-10 years of experience in software development with recent experience in leading a team/Junior Engineers.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Dotnet.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have at least 2+ YOE of hands-on experience with Angular 9 or Above.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have good hands-on experience with SQL on any database
- Mandatory (Experience 5) - Knowledge of Azure Cloud.
- Mandatory (Education) - BE / B.Tech.
Preferred
- Preferred (Company) - Experience in Supply Chain Management & Consulting Firms, SaaS Companies, Fashion & Lifestyle Retail, E-commerce (Accenture, Deloitte, SAP, Oracle, Myntra, Amazon).
- Note : For this full-stack role, consider only those profiles where primary contribution must be in Backend else avoid such profiles.
