Job Description:
We are seeking experienced mobile engineers to spearhead our development team in creating innovativeuser-facing features.
This role involves using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks, with a focus on Flutter.
As a Lead Engineer, you will work with your team in building robust, reusable components and libraries, ensuring that our applications perform optimally on a wide range of devices.
Role: Tech Lead Experience - Mobile Development with Flutter + ReactJs + Node exp
Work location: Mumbai/Bangalore
Level: 5 Years +
Roles and Responsibilities
Experience implementing new features and optimizing existing ones.
Work with a larger development team in creating user facing features
Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers in a team environment.
Build robust and useable libraries and components
Write test cases and have a detailed approach to QA
Technical depth that allows you to rapidly fi x bugs and solve problems.
Help lead the team under your supervision and provide guidance to junior developers.
Must Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter development.
5+ years of experience in Soft ware development.
Experience in Native iOS/ Native Android/React native.
Experience in FullStack soft ware development.
Core Technical Expertise:
Knowledge in Domain-Driven Design or Clean Architecture.
Knowledge in flutter bloc and get it library.
Knowledge in dio library.
Knowledge in json serializable and freezed library.
Knowledge in auto_route or go_router library.
Knowledge in universal applink and deeplink.
Knowledge in integrati on test, unit test, bloc test and unit test
Knowledge in Firebase services, such as Crashlytics, Remote Config, Messaging.
Good to have:
Previous experience in a team lead or senior engineer role
A track record of success project delivery in a collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Knowledge in React.js and Next.js
Knowledge in Hive library is a plus.
Knowledge in Trunk-based Development is a plus.
Knowledge in Flutter web is a plus.
Knowledge in CICD Pipeline is a plus.
