• Job Summary

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team and overseeing the architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using Laravel and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and efficient workflows.

Provide guidance on architecture, development, and design decisions for projects using Laravel and MERN stack.

• Review code, perform testing, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable applications.

• Full Stack Development:
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Laravel (PHP) and Node.js (MERN stack).

Build and integrate front-end interfaces using React.js, ensuring smooth user experiences.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Project Management:
• Work closely with project managers to define technical requirements, project timelines, and resource allocation.

Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining code quality and technical standards.

• Facilitate collaboration between team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Architecture & Design:
• Design system architecture for new projects and refactor existing systems for scalability and maintainability.

Make critical design decisions on database structure, RESTful APIs, and application scalability.

• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver products that meet business objectives.

Clearly communicate technical challenges, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and learning within the team.

• Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with Laravel and its ecosystem (e.g., Eloquent, Blade, Artisan).

Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies like

JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and microservices architecture.

• Experience in deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work with diverse teams and facilitate collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 350,000.00 - 700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
