Tech Lead in Oracle SOA (AWS Migration)

Position Overview:

The Tech Lead in Oracle SOA will spearhead theimplementation, developmentmigration of Oracle SOA platform . This role demands a deep understanding of Oracle SOA Suite, AWS cloud services, and related technologies, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development,migrationand deployment of Oracle SOA solutions on AWS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Guide and mentor a team of developers in best practices for Oracle SOA and AWS development.

Plan and execute the migration of Oracle SOA components to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of SOA solutions on AWS.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality assurance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle SOA Suite and AWS.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle SOA, AWS, and related technologies.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Facilitate communication between developers, architects, and business analysts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Oracle SOA Suite, including BPEL, OSB, and BPM.
• Strong background in Java, J2EE, XML, XSD, WSDL, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies, including REST, SOAP, and JMS.
• Demonstrated experience in migrating Oracle SOA platforms to AWS.
• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Knowledge of AWS migration tools and best practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and security principles.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle SOA and AWS certifications.

Experience with cloud automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
