Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Basic 1st level support.
  • Assisting the Technology Department with their day-to-da y tasks.
  • Dealing with vendors like Dell, HP, etc for part replacements.
  • Use ticketing system to log/report technical problems.
  • OS installation. Linux, OSX, Windows.
  • Must Have:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English spoken and written .
  • Computer literacy, knowledge of how to dismantle and set up a basic workstation.

Nice to Have:

  • Degree in Computing / IT.
  • Experience with creative applications such as Maya, Houdini or Nuke.
  • Experience working with Linux / Windows / OSX.
  • Needs to Be:
  • Friendly.
  • Someone looking to transition into a Tech Support role or get into the VFX industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Keen to learn.
  • Good time management and priority handling skills.
  • Resourceful and take initiative to find answers to new questions.
  • Enthusiastic.
  • Pro-active.
