Job Summary:

The Digital Engineering Leader will drive the strategic direction of our AI product and platform engineering initiatives, delivering cutting-edge AI-driven products and platforms for seamless user experiences. This role combines product management, AI/ML expertise, and client problem-solving to bring scalable and high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Cloud Architect with over 15 years of experience to join our Architecture Review Board (ARB). This role is pivotal in driving strategic architectural guidance across a multi-cloud environment, including GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake. As part of the ARB, you will lead architectural discussions, optimize cloud solutions, and ensure that our architecture is robust, compliant, and future-proof.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Cloud Strategy and Architecture: Design and evaluate cross-cloud architectures across GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake, emphasizing scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Architecture Review Leadership: Participate actively in the Architecture Review Board, providing technical leadership, best practices, and strategic guidance for project teams and stakeholders.
• Compliance, Security, and Governance: Ensure architectural solutions meet compliance requirements and adhere to security best practices across multiple cloud environments.
• Optimization and Cost Management: Utilize cost management frameworks, including proprietary tools like our Cloud-i platform, to advise teams on optimizing cloud expenditure.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation for multi-cloud implementations and establish governance frameworks that promote best practices.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to validate architectures and guide them through implementation.
• Technology Leadership and Innovation: Keep abreast of trends in cloud technologies and services and bring innovative ideas to the Architecture Review Board to maintain a cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Over 15+ to 20 years of experience in cloud architecture with a strong focus on multi-cloud solutions across GCP, AWS, Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of services across GCP, AWS, and Azure, including Kubernetes, data storage, compute, and serverless options.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and advanced analytics.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake for cloud-based data warehousing and integration across cloud environments.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions using microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
• Expertise in cloud security practices, data governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Certifications:

Advanced certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Databricks/Snowflake certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD: Proficient with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring tools across various cloud providers.
• API Management and Integration: Experience in managing API platforms and integrating services across cloud providers.
