Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web development, mobile app development, artificial intelligence, data science, and robotic process automation (RPA). In addition, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them to various audiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and techniques.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members regularly and proactively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, quality assurance, and product management, to ensure project success.
Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project progress, and outcomes to various audiences, including executive leadership and customers.
Manage the development team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing contingency plans and escalating issues as necessary.
Monitor project budget and track project expenses to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Deep understanding of web development, mobile app development, artificial intelligence, data science, and robotic process automation (RPA).
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Customer facing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience managing development teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.
