Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in the International Voice Process at KG Invicta Services (KGiS) located in Coimbatore. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing team performance, and ensuring quality service delivery in the International Voice Process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a BPO environment as TL is required to apply
• Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Team Management
• Communication and Team Leadership
• Experience in leading international voice process teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet targets
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in Team Leadership or Operations Management
