Job Responsibilities
Assists Reservation Manager or Revenue Manager to manage property reservations and reservation activities. Responsible for making reservations according to client's needs
Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management
One (1) to Three (3) years supervisory or same position experience required. Reservation experience required.
Responsible for soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related opportunities. Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
IDS and Opera System
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Achieves personal and team related revenue goals for Bungalow at across locations.
Provides service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provides service to our customers in order to grow share of the account on behalf of the company.
Maintains good working relations with other departments, particularly
