Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Food and Beverage Service Team Members. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.

Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and fulfilling special requests.

• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for customers.

• Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.

• Assisting with inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels.

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations, following proper procedures for handling and storing food items.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food and beverage service industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during busy periods.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be legally eligible to work in India.
