We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Food and Beverage Service Team Members. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail and fulfilling special requests.- Serving ice creams promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment for customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.- Assisting with inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels.
Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations, following proper procedures for handling and storing food items.
Qualifications:
- 12th passed or Any graduate can apply
