Responsibilities
- Liaisoning with banks/Financial Institution viz REC/PFC/IREDA/IIFCL etc
- Review and support finalization of bank facility documents on behalf of business team
- Liaisoning with Lender Engineer/LLC/LIA etc
- Financial Modeling
- Understanding of Renewal sector
- Keep track of covenants and ensure compliance of financing documents. Make necessary suggestions wherever required.
- Prepare monthly treasury reports and sharing with the management on time.
- Managing working capital bank facilities (funded and non fund) for the business.
- Prepare and provide on time required information for the purposes of renewal of bank facilities.
- Supporting business in any other ad hoc F&A activity whenever required
Qualification

B.COM, Chartered accountant/MBA Finance
