We are looking for a Team Manager with 12+ years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story.
As a Software Development Manager, you will have an opportunity to shape an emerging team of developers and cloud engineers building and supporting multiple products sold to European companies. You will play a pivotal role in establishing a strong team in India.
Your workday and Tasks:
- Drive team engagement and productivity, ensuring a positive work environment and a cohesive team dynamic.
- Lead the India -Operations and Compliance team- in Team Operations as a part of the Business Unit Retail & Wholesale Support and Operations.
- Serve as a people manager for the local team, coordinating closely with European counterparts and supporting the Operations manager.
- Work with the team managers in India to attact and recruit high-caliber talents to the team.
- Create plans to handle the workload coming from our stakeholders.
- Participate in and shape the strategy for the whole department with the management team.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, focusing on individual growth and development with the support of an allocated budget.
- Actively identify and address skill gaps, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
- Champion talent retention by creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
We are Searching for a Profile who has:
- A Minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 3 years of expereince in a management role.
- A person with a technical background. Possess at least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in software development
- Good understanding of the ITIL-framework methodologies and SaaS organization.
- Demonstrate proven leadership and team management skills.
- Has an open and constructive attitude to change, different work cultures and new ways of working in general.
