Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.- Handling minimum 10 to 15 members team
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to the team.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance with company policies.
Be versatile and transparent culture
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines- Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Marathi & Hindi- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
