Position: Team Manager

Experience: 4 to 8 yrs only

Location: Gurgaon, India (Sector- 34)

Job type & Working days/Shift: FTE, 5 days/Rotational including night shift

Skills: Team handling, operations, International operations, Client servicing, people management, Excellent communications, problem solving ability.

Job Description:

Maintain schedule of available resources, effectively deliver assignments to achieve service level commitments.

Manages non-productive time and ensures no impact on SLAs.

Responsible for fixing basic process related issues as 1st level contact.

Performs ongoing analysis of current staffing and ensuring time assignment.

Scheduling, rescheduling and optimization of team meetings, one on ones, training.

Responsible for day end status report giving the overview of performance.

Leads pre-shift team briefing to discuss previous day performance and Current day planning.

Ability and experience of handling challenging situations in calls/Webcasts

Very good English communication skills and interpersonal skills

Experience of handling calls with UK or US customers

Problem solving ability

Able to make quick decisions

Should be able to handle team of 10-20.

Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel

Desired Candidate Requirement:

Must have 2+ years of Team handling experience.

Must be Graduate- Full time.

Must have International Client/Operation exposure along with excellent communication in English.
