The Responsibilities of the manager is to segregate the leads of students, received from different channels like email, website, Digital Marketing, or paid ads. Later the manager would be responsible to make the lead qualification, lead flow. If received information he has to check like whether the received lead is a potential lead, checking their education qualification, financial capability etc. Taking as much as information as possible.
Qualified leads would be entered into the CRM Software and allot to the Telecaller. Daily follows up reports on the leads quality, with source and budget of all the leads should be communicated to the particular managers and recommend for the improvements. Lead Managers should be in interaction with all the tele caller teams, Digital Team and all the country counselors.
Proficiency in tools like CRM, Lead management tools, and picky assist & my operator would be a big plus.
