We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Team Manager to lead our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in both technical delivery and people management. This role is integral to our organization's success, involving hands-on technical work and team management, including recruitment and development of team members.
Must have skillset:
- Lead the technical delivery of projects (preferably in Microsoft Stack and Angular), ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet the product roadmap and deadlines.
- Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into projects as appropriate.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the technical team.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated and productive.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Manage team schedules, workloads, and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and project delivery.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
- Proficiency in executing projects involving Microsoft .NET 6+, Angular and MSSQL Server
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience with various architecture and deployment patterns. Exposure of deploying products on Azure cloud.
