About the role:
Turito is looking for excited young individuals eager to venture into the Education-Tech domain and explore different roles in Sales - Operation projects. This role you will be working closely with the business leadership team to maximize revenue potential of prospect customers who seek academic counselling post Demo/Trial sessions. We are looking for individuals who want to understand and build businesses.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and revenue generation. Monitor and track individual
performance against targets on a regular basis adhering key metrics of APRC, CR% and AOV
Effectively manage the sales pipeline of the team by qualifying leads, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within the team. Ensure timely follow-up and effective lead nurturing to convert prospects into customers
Develop and implement strategies to generate organic leads through active parent channels, such as content marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing. Focus on attracting and nurturing potential customers to drive sales
opportunities
Develop and execute a strategy to meet the Revenue targets
for the team and present day on day/week on week plans to
senior management
Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and
emerging technologies related to business. Actively
participate in training programs, webinars, and workshops
to enhance knowledge and skills. Conducting training,
tracking and development of new joiners
Provide daily reports and analysis on sales performance.
Identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential
opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations,
teacher management, post sales, marketing, product
development, and customer service to align strategies,
share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
Foster a collaborative and cohesive approach towards
achieving sales and organizational goals.
Requirements:
Young, curious, hardworking individual with zeal to
understand business and project management
You are a sales enthusiast and led the end-to-end process
from opportunity generation to bringing paycheck to the
table owning revenue as a responsibility.
Excellent oral communication and good listening skills
Highly motivated and if need arises not shy of individual
contributions in closing sale
Understand funnel metrics and an intuition for what is
required to achieve
Strong problem identification and objections resolution
skills
Comfortable to work on weekend if required
