Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at Womeki Investors Club (WIC) in Noida. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of real estate agents, setting sales targets, providing training and guidance, and ensuring the team meets objectives and goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Experience in real estate sales or property management
• Knowledge of the real estate market trends and regulations
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and ability to drive results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
