Job Title: Team Leader - Telesales
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team that makes sales calls and closes sales with our members. Success in this role requires persuasion, the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and a deep understanding of our products. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential for top-performing leaders.
Ensure quality control of sales calls.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets for the team.
Manage the roster to optimize manpower utilization.- Oversee team attendance and leave management.
Allocate telecalling lists to advisors.
- Provide regular feedback to team members on performance, areas of improvement, and attendance.
Conduct daily briefings before shifts begin.- Retrain advisors as needed to maintain performance standards.
Maintain and manage reports related to sales and accounts.
- Ensure daily deposition of collected payments.
Track competitor performance and schemes.- Screen and shortlist candidates for the team.
Conduct performance reviews for team members.
Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales as a Team Leader.
Prior experience in a tele-marketing role.- Proficient in objection handling and sales strategies.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Direct Revenue Responsibility (DRR) of at least 1 Lac.
Excellent English communication skills.- Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
Sales experience is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in direct marketing and local promotions.
- Knowledge of the matrimonial industry.
Salary: Up to 45,000 INR in hand.
