Job Description

The incumbent shall be required to assimilate information inputs from multiple sources, analyze the same -and update and report pertinent to cost and capacity metrics. As a need-based special assignment - this resource may be called upon to analyze process performance metrics for Management.

Essential Functions

  • Preparing, analyzing and reporting metrics related to people, cost & capacity
  • Analyzing performance metrics as & when required
  • Preparing leadership presentations and report-outs
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy & consistency in reporting at multiple platforms

Primary Internal Interactions

  • Work with Enabling & Operations functions for data collation, analysis, clarification & coordination
  • Work with different Ops/Functional owners for process level data and help in implementing digitizationinitiatives
  • Work with central Business Analytics team for guidance and best practices
  • Work with Digitization team to provide inputs for the LOBs
  • Prepare reports for Leadership
