Team Leader / Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor/Team Leader to manage a team of Field Promoters in Surat. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring daily download and order targets are met, and overseeing customer engagement in the field. Additionally, you will monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure optimal area coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Motivate:Supervise and motivate a team of Promoters to achieve daily targets.
• Performance Monitoring:Track team performance and prepare daily reports for management.
• Customer Engagement:Ensure high-quality customer interactions and effective promotional efforts.
• Area Coverage:Assign areas to Promoters and ensure efficient coverage in high-potential zones.
• Problem Solving:Address challenges and resolve any team or customer issues quickly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in team leadership or field sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to track performance metrics and analyze data.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and flexible working hours.
