Key Responsibilities
Processes
- Ensure a smooth, timely, accurate and error free Processing - Account opening management , Static data system setup/ Static Data Maintenance (System maintenance) including receiving updated SSI /confirmation Static Performing call back/SV /ICDMS upload , authenticate call back forms.
- Analysis of various reports / monitoring TP queues and ensure to approach client /respective FMOCC/RM/ to get SSI/confirmation static and authenticate them to raise request for static set up.
- To maintain and update static data in various systems.
- To ensure adherence to processes and controls as detailed in the DOI.
- To ensure timely, accurate and error free processing.
- Identify areas of improvement in the process, initiate dialogues with the relevant stake holders for implementation of the change post agreement with Unit head.
- To handle projects for RTS.
Governance
- Comply with all the group standards, policies, procedures and guidelines as applicable and values of the Bank at all times
- Adhere to Group Code of Conduct at all times
- In the event of serious regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerances have been breached, ensure senior management are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased

- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. - Lead the FMO to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles. Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; the Right Environment
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

- Units requesting for static setups
- Teams in FMO GBS Hubs
- Other Units within GBSs
- PSS team of various systems
- In country teams/RM/Sales
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to embed Here for good and Group's brand and values in the unit.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures
Our Ideal Candidate
- Degree - Bachelor Degree preference on Commerce & Financial services
- 4 - 6 years relevant experience in any Banking operations (FX/MM/Derivatives/Commodities/Credit/Equities)
Role Specific Technical Competencies
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good level of knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Flexibility to work in shifts and across locations
- Product knowledge in some of the Treasury products
- Good interpersonal & networking skills
- Problem solving / Trouble shooting skills
