Job Description

Expert practitioner, thought leader and consultant on the principles and practices of business agility.
Experience in leading agile transformation in a technology product organization.
Facilitate product teams to establish appropriate Value Stream, OKRs and Agile Operating Structure.
Enable product teams to understand the value delivery flow and make it efficient leading to faster value delivery for our customers.
Train managers and roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer RTE .
Ability to train technology and service delivery leaders on agile thinking, lean operations, design thinking and business agility.
Hands on experience with tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps
Good to have - understanding of DevOps & SRE practices
Enable product teams to implement the planned agile improvement actions leading improved business outcomes.
Excellent communicator, trainer and change agent.
Provide POV on agile transformation
