The gist of your role includes making plans, delegating tasks, listening to team members feedback, creating reports, problem-solving, conflict mediation, providing team members with advice and rewards.
Responsibilities:-
- Managing the activities of the team.
Planning and assigning tasks, and setting deadlines.- Monitoring progress of various projects.
Ensuring the quality of work meets Industry standards and client expectations.
- Resolving technical issues and providing guidance to the team members.
Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and providing updates.- Setting goals for the team members.
Providing motivation and direction to the team members.
- Liasoning between team members and the management
Qualification :-
- BE Civil | Bachelor of Architecture | Bachelor of Interior Designing
* Strong Leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and problem solving skills.
