REQUIREMENTS Candidates with more than 5 years of experience in .Net- Ability to handle projects independently.
Knowledge of C#, Asp.Net, MVC, and MS SQL Server desirable
- Should have experience in back-end procedures and experience in the creation of SRS and design of technical system specification.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure specs available and prepare detailed design for Developers and Sr. Developers
Coordinate team work to meet schedules- work / plan to catch up on projects if going behind schedule
Ensure quality and performance of work products as per SBNT standards
- Submitting the daily activity log for self and team
Ensure the quality of the deliveries from the team they unit testing and peer reviews- ensure release is properly tested prior release to QA; sully bugs avoided; near zero bugs
Submit report as required by PL/Asst mgr/ Manager
- Able to estimate accurately
Mentor, train and coach the team to ensure their delivery competencies- ensure predictability of delivery/ deliver on time; ensure the work product is released to the customer on time
