Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Leader to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations, team management, and achieving sales targets. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of real estate agents, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Client Relations:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and share best practices.
Identify training and development needs for team members and organize appropriate training sessions.Sales and Target Achievement:
Set clear sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, both individually and as a team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Ensure team members are effectively utilizing marketing tools and resources to reach potential clients.- Implement performance metrics and monitor progress towards achieving sales goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
Administrative and Reporting:- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Manage team schedules, assignments, and workload distribution.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
