Finding new customers through Indirect Sales Team and constantly expanding the business
through Local Cable Operators
Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer
needs
First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field.
Knowledge of handling the channel sales and direct sales.
Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met.
Analysing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive
information
Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts.
Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its
products.
Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrable and successful sales track record.
Good technical background in product area is desirable
Good presentation skills
Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas.
A degree in business studies would be an advantage.
Experience
Min 1 Year Experience in Telecom Industry as a Team leader
