- Responsible for sales of the Company's Underwritten Projects in plotted, residential & commercial sector and achieve sales / revenue targets
- Follow-up with leads provided by firms through various campaigns
- Generate referrals from existing clients
- Identify sales prospects, conduct initial client meeting, site visits and final closure
a. Manage customer s through various stages of buying and ensure service delivery till possession using available firm resources
b. Maintain customer relation and develop business continuity
Eligibility Criteria -
- Good Communication skills, must have own vechicle
- Candidates with exposure in handling Clients
- Excellent knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and Gurgaon Market
- Relevant experience & knowledge of local market (desirable but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in teams and desire to learn, grow & adapt to a fast paced environment
- Should be an existing Team Leader/ Sales Manager
