- Job Profile: - Team Leader - Sales
Manage a team of 5-6 members.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all insurance claims.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to insurance operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Location: - Delhi (Laxmi Nagar).
Job Requirements :-
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, and insurance operations.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Familiarity with UK insurance market preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
