Job Description
Deliver SLA & KPI Manage & motivate a team of 10+ Telesales operator. Manage Sales target month on month Outbound).Monitoring calls, giving feedback, Preparing reports and report to management on areas of improvement. Conducting team meetings, pre/post.
Skills Set Required:
Candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong convincing power. Candidate should be experienced in working with MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, PPT etc.
Only Female candidates are Required for the post of Team Leader
Work Experience Required: 1 Years +
Salary: Rs. 20,000 Rs. 30,000 per month + Incentives
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate / Post Graduate
Work Timings: Mon to Sat /
- 30 AM to 6.00 PM
Age: 20 to 45
