Job Purpose: The role entails to provide support to all internal and external customers; instructing, mentoring, and training team members to develop robust departmental systems, policies, and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all sectors. Lead by example and foster a continual improvement culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Management -- Team leaders oversee other agents whom they would be expected to direct and control. Therefore, they must have excellent leadership skills and abilities.
- Coaching and Mentoring: -- Team leaders are also expected to be great tutors and excellent mentors to their team members.
- Goal Setting and Achievement: -- Team leader would also oversee setting goals for others to achieve and therefore, he must be an achiever too.
- Multitasking: -- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors and mistakes.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams/stake holders.
- Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.
Education Qualification: Graduate and above (regular) Bachelors in Math s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management / any other
Experience: 5+ years in total experience and 2+ year of relevant experience in Team Lead role.
