Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Retail Banking to join our dynamic team. As the Team Leader Retail Banking, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and target achievement of team and leading a team of banking professionals. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in retail banking.( sales of Loan against Property, Business Loan, Home Loan) and 2 years experience in team lead.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in retail banking .( sales of Loan against Property, Business Loan, Home Loan)
- Proven experience in a leadership role, years experience in team lead.
- Travelling required
- Sound knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail banking department
- Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve departmental goals and targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handle and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall organizational goals
