- Weekly business report submitted to manager.
Attending a client meeting and solving the issues.- Actively participate in the uploading process.
Focus on meeting daily productivity.
- Strong verbal, written communication and organisational skills.
Managing escalation/inquiries on time.- Working with the manager to prioritize assigned work.
Excel proficiency is required.
- Coordination with clients and resolving issues.
TL needs to close daily tasks.
- Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client handling and related experience.- Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.
Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and Accountability.
