Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Revenue Operations - Team Lead for Practo Assured. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for optimizing revenue generation processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth for Practo Assured services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of revenue operations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation for Practo Assured services through pricing optimization, upselling, cross-selling, and other revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance revenue operations processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows and reduce friction in revenue generation processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of revenue operations activities. Monitor performance against targets, analyze trends, and generate insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, finance, and customer success to align revenue operations activities with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to drive collective success.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze revenue performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, opportunities, and challenges.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities in revenue operations. Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in all revenue operations activities. Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience in revenue operations, revenue management, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
