We are looking for TEAM LEADERs for BPO Client in Pune for US Voice Customer Support / Semi Technical Support processes

You should be open to work in NIGHT SHIFTs and Work from Office

Job Description

a) Manage a Team of Customer Support / Technical Support Execs.

b) Manage SLA's Like AHT, CSAT, FCR etc.

c) Handle Supervisory and Escalated Calls.

Eligibility

a) Graduates with 5+ yrs of work experience in International Voice Porcess

b) Atleast 1+ yr as a TL on Papers.

c) Willing to relocate to Pune / Hyderabad

d) Current CTC should not be more than 6.5 lpa
