MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), Dsseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland). Job Description

Role as a team leader in Master Data is of a Front-line manager managing MDM executives in day to day service delivery of the respective country/ies in Customer / Vendor / Article Master Data and controlling function. Acts as a conjunct point in cascading information from both ends between the Assistant Manager and the executives.

  1. Leave management

  4. Approving the process improvement ideas
  5. Testing's for any process changes

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  1. This position will support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization.
  2. Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  3. Should have knowledge of MDG, MDW and SAP is must.
  4. Monitoring team performance with respect to TAT, Productivity & Quality.
  5. Monitoring the ageing buckets, ICF control checks
  6. Driving Employee engagement within the team.
  7. Driving Improving projects by self, ideations with team.
  8. Conducting team meetings on regular basis to discuss the process health with the team.
  9. Conducting performance review with the team on monthly basis.
  10. Preparation of Qtrly Incentives for team.
  11. Conduct and review annual appraisals of the team members.
  12. Sharing feedback with the team on a regular basis.
  13. Leave Management for self and team.
  14. Co-ordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations like IT, Ops & Infra.
  15. Drive & Conduct (as per feasibility) UAT testing's for any process changes be that by Automation, Process Improvements like EDI, SIS, Workflow implementations.
  16. Close Liaison with Process Owner and Process Experts on a regular basis to do Process Analysis.
  17. Interacting with customers on Process Quality and Updates for the process topics or for addressing any challenges.

Participate & Assist in analysis for Monthly Governance ppt and meetings.

Qualifications

Managerial Requirements

  4. Discipline towards Monitoring of Process Health.
  5. Proactive in both escalations and appreciation.
  6. Eye for detail

Required functional skills

  1. Thorough Knowledge of SAP (PP, MM) module.
  2. Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems.
  3. Proven experience in supervising a team within Master Data processes in a complex and international business environment (ideally wholesale or retail industry).
  4. Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
  5. Knowledge of ICF controls
  6. Expertise in using MS Office tools
  7. Communication and presentation skills.
  8. Knowledge of Quality Tools like Problem Solving techniques.
  9. Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained.

  • Should be a fresher with no work experience
  • Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office, Outlook and browsing skills
