Role : Team Leader

Location: Lucknow

Educational Qualification :

  • MBA or PG degree/ diploma in Health/ Public Health/ Hospital management/ administration/ MSW/ MD (Community Medicine) Essential Skills
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Understanding of the public health programs/ initiatives of the National and State Governments
  • Understanding of health schemes operational under Public Private Partnerships (PPP) or through private sector engagements.
  • Excellent Communication, Report Writing, Advance Excel, Data Analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and human resource management
  • Organizational, time-management and Decision-making skills
  • Detailed understanding of the CVC guidelines, General Financial Rules etc.
  • Hands on understanding of entire bid process management including RFP preparation, attending pre-bid meeting, technical bid evaluation etc. Working

Experience 10-15 years of working experience.

Job description :

  • Will be responsible for delivery of all the PMU tasks and provide timely supervision to the team in the ensuring the above. Will be the key point of contact for Authorities.
  • Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual PMU Progress reports.
  • Raise monthly invoices and followup for timely release of payment
  • maintain attendance, leaves records of the deployed resources
  • Handle administrative task related to project including risk related process
  • Review of all Monthly Progress Report/ Quarterly Progress Report and Annual progress report, field visit reports, exception reports and other deliverables of the team
  • Review of RFP and technical bid evaluation done by the team
  • Regular feedback to the team for their performance
  • Regular interaction and meeting with the stakeholders (GM/DGM, MD)
  • Support the client in organizing periodic project review meetings with stakeholders to assess project progress and bottlenecks; and documentation of proceedings.
  • Prepare presentations for the project, performance review, stakeholder meetings, etc.
  • Attend meetings and discussions with different stakeholders viz. service providers, government officials, etc., and prepare meeting minutes thereof.
  • Support in business development and proposal writing for other healthcare project.
