Experience: 2+ years in Online Learning (UG & PG Programs)

Location: South Delhi, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Pay Grade: Upto INR 42,000 in hand

Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced individual with expertise in the Domestic Online Learning sector, who is well-versed with the online UG and PG programs and possesses comprehensive product knowledge across multiple universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the domestic online learning sales team by setting clear goals and fostering a supportive environment.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their knowledge of the online programs offered by multiple domestic universities.
• Motivate the team through effective communication and recognition of achievements.
• Set ambitious yet achievable goals and continuously monitor progress.
• Utilize CRM software and sales tools to analyze sales metrics and identify improvement points.

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
• Leadership skills
• Strong negotiation and pitching skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00 - 42,000.00 per month
