The position:
As a Senior Team Lead Frontline Excellence, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:
Team Management experience in managing a diverse team of data and domain experts, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring that team members meet their targets. Should provide feedback, training, coaching, motivation, and disciplinary action when necessary. Responsible for planning team's activities, resource allocation and monitoring progress to meet aligned goals. Should set clear expectations for the team, communicate these expectations to team members, and provide regular feedback to improve performance.
Program Management will be responsible for overall planning and designing along with IOSO stakeholders and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action for Frontline Excellence project. Since projects will involve participation and impact multiple functions/groups, one must develop working relationships with all interfacing teams including IO Commercial teams & Frontline Excellence internal team members.
Stakeholder/ Partner Management Collaborate extensively with Process owners, IOSO Stakeholders & internal team to look at feedback, development opportunities for Frontline Excellence.
Finance GBS initiative and responsibilities into Key participation in Commercial Analytics management and Extended people management groups/ meetings.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor's & Master's and degree from recognized university Pharma/Biotech/Engineering or consulting experience are preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in analytical domain with commercial projects
- PMP, or similar project management training/ work exposures.
- Minimum of 4+ experience with Project management and managing key stakeholders in any geography.
- Strong program/ Project management skills with around 2 or 3 years of proven track record in supporting operational excellence, Process efficiency, Lean projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understand basic, intermediate & advanced level of Field Force Effectiveness functional knowledge and have experience working with advanced analytics commercial projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong and proven skills within stakeholder management and change management.
