Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader at DropX Logistics in Kanhangad,671315. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of logistics professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating and assigning tasks, monitoring performance and productivity, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of shipments. You will also be responsible for training and developing team members, as well as implementing and improving operational processes.
